Metzgesfeld
A gentle left corner followed by a tight left corner and then a right corner.
The first left corner can be pulled out with a light break. If the car has a downforce, you can turn off the accelerator.
The second left is braking with a shift down from fourth to second, depending on the car.
If you slow down the brake, the car will understeer, so be careful.
I want to escape from the corner to the inside. Let’s pull out the third right corner for the approach to the next corner.
Kallenhard
From this corner to Einfahrt-Breidscheid, the downhill road continues for a while.
In particular, since the entrance of this corner is downhill, the load transfer to the front wheel is likely to be excessive during braking, and understeer and oversteer are likely to be induced.
Let’s adjust the load balance of the front and back firmly.
MT’s engine brakes are also effective.
Spiegelkurve
It’s an S-shaped corner that runs from left to right.
High-performance cars without downforce require light braking.
In particular, since a strong roll occurs on the left and right sides, it is easy to lose balance.
Let’s not put it on the curb as much as possible.
Wehrseifen
It’s a compound corner made up of multiple corners.
After turning to the right, it passes through the tight left corner competing for the first and second place at Nordschleife, and finally the right corner.
The first right corner feels loose, but if you think about the entry to the next left corner, you should slow down early and go in.
Then the next left can enter from the front.
The second left corner is easier to stand up in the third right corner by going from the front to the middle and back to the back.
The third right corner is relatively loose, so open the accelerator early. But you need to be careful because some cars have an understeer.
